What you lose
So I was looking to alternatives to Christian community, and I found this article by Kristi Harrison titled 4 Specific Things You Lose When You Leave Christianity. Wow, this is a great article. I went through the comments, and it looked like many people couldn't relate to it, but I can almost 100%.

:D I read most of the article, and loved her for every bit. Love her honesty. I'm laughing at her request for Christian friends to not pray for a catastrophe to bring her and her family back in (though I completely understand how she asks that). It's cause you are sooo loved... but may they also pray for God's mercy, which I'm sure must be the case for those Christians filled with the love of Christ. ...Yeah, so....if Jesus were not real... (but HE TOTALLY IS).. if it were all a deception (but it IS NOT), what a nice delusion! and what the heck could be wrong with it if in the end there was really nothing after death? BUT IT IS ALL TRUE..VERY MUCH SO. God help me (and this is a scary thing to say, cause one day I may truly have to face it), if need be, make me courageous to be willing and able to die for Him.
